Tracking calls to First Aid with symptoms of acute respiratory viral infection as signs of potential coronavirus symptoms.

To create analytics on potential coronovirus cases, a map based on calls to First Aid was developed as of 09 March 2020. The map reflected calls with symptoms of acute respiratory viral infection that may imply potential coronavirus symptoms. Calls’ location and time were also marked in the map as well as location potential patients were hospitalized.

* It was assumed that calls to First Aid with acute respiratory viral infection symptoms were critically important.
* If a single location produces high number of calls, there is a potential coronavirus infection.
* As there were no coronavirus tests available at that moment, the map played a role of additional monitoring tool of the infection spread.
