Tracking Quarantined Pati

A tracking of quarantined patients with full security of their personal data has been introduced. The following algorithm was developed: a quarantine patient subscribes to a Telegram bot and activates GPS-signal of his mobile device in order to inform about his location in real time. If the patient moves away from coronavirus infection center more than 30 meters away, Public Healthcare Department can contact him by phone and find out the cause of the violation using the unique patient ID code recorded in the system.
