The Situational center for city residents

The Center of development of Almaty city has made the Situational center for city residents that aimed to create a unified information and analytical space for monitoring, analyzing the socio-economic processes of the city based on reliable and relevant data, using subsequent visualization.

In the public domain, there is information in the context of industries and districts of the city about state support for SMEs in the city, about the ecosystem for the development of IT-entrepreneurship, environmental indicators, about the city's green fund, the dynamics of city development indicators and Smart City indicators, categories of problematic questions which are the most frequently asked by residents.

 

Project’s goal:

Creation of a unified information and analytical space for monitoring, analysis of the socio-economic processes of the city based on reliable and relevant data, with consequent visualization.

Project’s objectives:

• providing data to citizens on a regular basis on the open portal of the Situational Center
• aggregation of reliable and timely data on urban resources and ensuring the safety of citizens
• provision of high-quality, prompt and the most complete information to the city administration, subordinate organizations and departments in order to make effective management decisions
• providing an opportunity to publish data through the regulated interfaces of the Situational Center
