Ensuring prompt and comprehensive responses of #1308 operators to citizens' requests during the emergency period of counteracting coronovirus infection

During the emergency situation to counteract the spread of coronavirus infection, specific measures were undertaken to strengthen the contact center #1308 of Open Almaty public reception:

  • Technical solution; 
  • Transfer of all available employees to answer phone calls;
  • Increase the number of call takers from four to 27;
  • Create scripts and response algorithms for different areas of interests.
